The Department of Management Studies flourished under the umbrella of
Government Arts and Science College, Idappadi previously known as Periyar University Constituent College of Arts and Science. It offers under graduate course(BBA)
science its inception in 2012. The department upgraded with PG course to cater the needs of students it offers full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in
2018 onwards under the affiliation of Periyar University. The objective of the department is to provide quality education especially in the field of Management to
the economically weaker section of the society. The department is known by well learned personalities for its Innovative Excellence and Team Work. The MBA Program
offers various specializations in the area of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, System and Production. The Students community is given opportunity to
learn the genuine corporate culture through various skill development activities. They are prearranged to participate in workshops, seminars, expert lectures,
case discussions, industrial visits and hosting other activities towards Management Excellence and also motivate them to execute their talent in other establishment.
